THAT the agenda be confirmed.

That the following addendums be added to the agenda: 1. That the recommendation contained in the Report of the Interim Deputy City Manager, Planning, Growth Management and Housing Delivery, dated July 14, 2025, be approved.

THAT the following by-laws be passed: BY-LAW NUMBER 192-2025 (Delegation By-law 144-2018) A By-law to exempt Block 1 on Plan 65M-4719 from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act. THAT By-law Number 194-2025, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting on July 14, 2025, be passed.

THAT the meeting adjourn at 1:29 p.m.
