1. NOMINATION OF WARD 2 CIVIC HERO AWARD 2023 Confidential resolution of Councillor Adriano Volpentesta with respect to the above. That the following addendums be added to the agenda: Page 2 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES – NOVEMBER 14, 2023

THAT the minutes of the Council meeting of October 17, 2023, be adopted as presented.

THAT Communications C1 to C24 inclusive be received and referred to their respective items on the agenda.

THAT Items 1 to 9 of the Committee of the Whole (1) Report No. 43, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted; THAT Items 1 to 2 of the Committee of the Whole (Working Session) Report No. 44, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted; THAT Items 1 to 5 of the Committee of the Whole (Public Meeting) Report No. 45, with the exception of the item identified for separate discussion, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted; and THAT Items 1 to 10 of the Committee of the Whole (2) Report No.46, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted; THAT Items 1 to 4 of the Committee of the Whole (Closed Session) Report No.47, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted;

That the recommendation contained in the confidential resolution of Councillor Adriano Volpentesta, dated November 14, 2023, be approved.

1) That Communication C9, memorandum from Deputy City Manager, Planning and Growth Management, dated November 10, 2023. as it related to By-laws 180-2023, be received; THAT the following by-laws be passed: BY-LAW NUMBER 169-2023 A By-law to exempt Blocks 3, 4, 17 to 22 and 28 to 31 of Plan 65M-4761 from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act. (Delegation By-law 005-2018) BY-LAW NUMBER 170-2023 A By-law to exempt Blocks 1, 2, 8, 9, 12, 13, 14, 16, 23, 25 and 34 of Plan 65M-4761 from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act. (Delegation By-law 005-2018) BY-LAW NUMBER 171-2023 A By-law to exempt Blocks 26, 27, 32 and 33 of Plan 65M-4761 from the part lot control provisions of the Planning Act.
