That the agenda be confirmed.

That the following recommendations from the September 15, 2025 Special Committee of the Whole meeting be approved: Page 2 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 15, 2025 1. That the Council of the Corporation of the City of Vaughan hereby terminates the Automated Speed Enforcement Program effective immediately; 2. That City staff be directed to advance the other Council-approved MoveSmart Mobility Management Strategy recommendations, as they apply to traffic calming measures, including all options presented today that are feasible, subject to budget availability, and continue to explore other measures to help reduce speeding in community safety zones, in particular school zones; 3. That the costs of additional traffic calming measures be brought forward and addressed as part of the 2026 annual budget process; 4. That Council respectfully requests that the Council of the Regional Municipality of York indefinitely suspend its Automated Speed Enforcement Program on regional roads within the city of Vaughan, effective immediately; 5. That the City Clerk be directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Premier of Ontario, Ontario’s Minister of Transportation and to the Clerk of the Regional Municipality of York; 6.
