That the following addendums be added to the agenda: 1. PROCLAMATION REQUEST FILIPINO DAY Report of the Deputy City Manager, Legal and Administrative Services & City Solicitor with respect to the above. Page 2 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES – MAY 16, 2023 2. BY-LAW NUMBER 060-2023 (Item 3, Committee of the Whole, Report No. 23) An Interim Control By-law in the vicinity of the Kipling Avenue Corridor Secondary Plan area to allow for the review of the Official Plan land use designations and a desirable location for a Woodbridge GO station as part of the proposed Caledon-Vaughan GO Line.

THAT the minutes of the Council meeting of April 25, 2023 be adopted as presented.

THAT Communications C1 to C14 inclusive be received and referred to their respective items on the agenda.

THAT Items 1 to 16 of the Committee of the Whole Report No. 20, with the exception of the items identified for separate discussion, BE APPROVED; THAT Items 1 to 2 of the Committee of the Whole (Public Meeting) Report No. 21, with the exception of the items identified for separate discussion, BE APPROVED; THAT Items 1 to 2 of the Committee of the Whole (Working Session) Report No. 22, with the exception of the item identified for separate discussion, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted; and THAT Items 1 to 25 of the Committee of the Whole Report No. 23, with the exception of the item identified for separate discussion, BE APPROVED and the recommendations therein be adopted.

THAT Item 2, Committee of the Whole (Working Session) Report No. 22, be adopted and amended, as follows: By approving the following in accordance with C13, memorandum from the Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure Development, dated May 16, 2023, as follows: Page 4 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES – MAY 16, 2023 1. That Attachment #1 of the Vaughan Transportation report of the May 3, 2023, Committee of the Whole (Working Session) be replaced with Attachment #1 to this communication; and 2. That Attachment #2 of the Vaughan Transportation report of the May 3, 2023, Committee of the Whole (Working Session) be replaced with Attachment #2 to this communication; and By receiving Communication C7 from Patricia, dated May 3, 2023.

THAT Item 23, Committee of the Whole Report No. 23, be adopted and amended, as follows: By approving the following in accordance with C14, memorandum from the City Manager, dated May 16,2 2023, as follows: 1. That a member of the Office of Communications and Economic Development be added to the Agri-Food Cluster Mission Delegation as a delegation member; and 2. That the new delegate is chosen by the City Manager, in consultation with the Chief, Communications and Economic Development and Director, Economic Development.

That the following recommendation contained in the report of the Wendy Law, Deputy City Manager, Legal and Administrative Services & City Solicitor, dated May 16, 2023, be approved: Page 5 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES – MAY 16, 2023 Recommendations 1. THAT June 11, 2023, be proclaimed as “Filipino Day”; and, 2. THAT the proclamation be posted on the City’s website and the Corporate and Strategic Communications department be directed to promote the above-noted proclamation through the various corporate channels.

THAT the following by-laws, including Addendum No. 2 (By-Law 060-2023), be enacted: BY-LAW NUMBER 049-2023 A By-law to assume Municipal Services in respect of Registered Plan 65M-3692.
